It's very tasy, one of my favourite Chocolate pudding
you need :
Chocolate
Butter 3 Eggs
yolk 4 white
Eggs slices of
Apple and Pear
Method :
In a pan, Melt chocolate with Butter
Beat egg yolk with sugar* and mix it with chocolate+butter.
Beat 4 white eggs add sugar little bit by bit then add it to the mixture of chocolate+butter+egg yolk
How :
Put slices of pear and apples on the bottom of glass (ovenable glass)
put chocolate micture on top of it
Bake for 8 minutes
TIPS:
* If you want a little bit of liquor on your chocolate pudding, you can add shredded orange zest and orange liquor when you beat egg yolk with sugar.
