Spaghetti sauce
- Boil tomato for 5 minutes and take the skin off.
- Put tomato in a blender with chili, garlic
- Roast coriander and cumin in a dry pan, crush them in a Mortar
- Mix them togather in a blender with tomato.
- fry in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and ready to be cooked with beef mince and pasta
