You can add bake peper to your sandwich, as a side dish or just simply healthy snacks.

All you need to do :

1. Cut pepper in half, sprinkle some salt on it, and set aside.

2. In a bowl, mix cherry tomatoes, garlic, Chili, capers, white wine vinegar, mozarella cheese, olive, pepper and salt.

3. put the mixture in pepper( already cut in half and seasoned) and bake in the oven.


Note:

If you are not vegan, you can add bacon on top of it and bake in the oven.
