(you need a non stick pan)How :
heat a non stick pan and add a little bit of olive oil
Cook sausages in a pan
Dice mushroom and put togather in a pan.
Cut tomato in half and cook facing down
Put bacon in a pan
crack three egg and put in a pan
Serve with toasted bread and/or baked bean(optional)
