Duck Curry
How:
- In a pot, Fry duck without oil, with duck skin on the bottom ( it will produce its natural duck oil), then set aside, leave the oil to fry onion.
- Crush garlic, chili, ginger, onion, then fry in the oil from frying duck.
- In a separate bowl, mix curry powder with water, then put it in a pot.
- Add bay leaves, tomato, coriander leaves to the pot
- Put duck to the pot
- slow cook for 2 hours
