Fry rabbit with Rosemary

Y ou need to slowly simmer rabbit on:
  • Garlic
  • rosemary
  • Chicken Stock
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
How:
  • Make 3 bowl : 1.  flour, 2. egg, 3.breadcrumb
  • Roll the rabbit in flour, then egg, and the last one, breadcrumb.
  • carefully fry in oil
  • serve with sprinkle of sea salt and rosemary and slice of lemon
