Y ou need to slowly simmer rabbit on:
- Garlic
rosemary
- Chicken Stock
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Make 3 bowl : 1. flour, 2. egg, 3.breadcrumb
- Roll the rabbit in flour, then egg, and the last one, breadcrumb.
- carefully fry in oil
- serve with sprinkle of sea salt and rosemary and slice of lemon
