Lamb shanks with garden vegetables
You need :
- Fry lamb shank, set aside, leave residu oil for fying
How :
- Fry Onion, Garlic, Tuneric, Ginger, Cinnamon, Chili, Nutmeg, Garam masala
- Pour Red wine, soy sauce and honey
- Put lamb shank in a pot togather
- Sprinkle dry chili ( if you prefer a bit more spicy)
- Bake for an hour or two
