Step 1:
- In a bowl, put 2 cup of water, 2 tsp sugar, yiest
- Mix 1 tsp flower, 1 block of water, shape in square, leave in fridge
Make dough :
- Mix 2 cup of flower, 2 tsp salt, 1 cup of sugar
- Add yiest, add 1 cup of milk, 1 egg
- Leave dough to rise about 1 hour, After 1 hour, knead the dough again, make it flat, put butter( the one that we make in step2 )
- Put butter in the middle of dough, fold it and leave it for 4 hours
- after 4 hours, roll the dough flat, spread the fillings*(see below) all over the pastry, roll it fowar, move it round, brush with melted butter
- Leave the dough to rise again
- Bake it for 35 minutes
* crust almond flakes, hazelnut, wallnut, pinenut, nutmeg, cinnamon, cocoa powder, orange zest
